Additional Charges
Some extra charges may apply depending on the specifics of your move. Below is a breakdown of potential costs:
Flats and Apartments without Lifts
Additional charge of £20 for second floor and each floor after. eg 5 floors =£80
Out-of-Hours Booking
Our standard booking hours are 9 AM to 3 PM daily. For bookings outside these hours, an additional charge of £25 per hour will be applied to the standard rate.

Minimum booking time: 4 hours for out-of-hours bookings.
Pick-Up or Drop-Off Outside London (Within M25)
If your pick-up or drop-off location is outside central London but within the M25 (e.g., postcodes starting with UB, WD, IG, EN, etc.), a one-off fee of £80 will apply.

Congestion & ULEZ Charges
For moves within restricted zones, the following additional fees apply:
